Your role
We are looking for an organized and open-minded team assistant to join our multicultural EcoG team at our site in Munich-Trudering. If you are passionate about coming up with your own ideas, driving our start-up and ensuring that the day runs smoothly, we would be happy to have you on board.
Your profile
  • Good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of team assistance/ office management
  • Completed commercial training in office management or similar (e.g. Kauffrau für Büromanagement)
  • Interested in growing with a startup
  • high level of initiative, reliability, flexibility and team spirit
  • good and quick perception, reliable time management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational talent, hands-on mentality
  • Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Gmail/Drive/Calendar
Your day at EcoG
  • Active support of team culture and team spirit, internal team events, social space
  • Responsibility for the office/laboratory location (introduce ideas, actively shape them, etc.)
  • First point of contact for the company and answering phone calls
  • Reliable contact for the team in organizational and administrative matters
  • Planning and organization of meetings and events
  • Travel bookings, visa applications
  • calendar management
  • Support in onboarding of foreign employees
  • General office organization
  • Mail processing and filing

Ihr Profil
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
  • 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Teamassistenz/ Office Management
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbar (z.B. Kauffrau für Büromanagement)
  • Interesse mit einem Startup zu wachsen
  • hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sicheres Zeitmanagement und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität

Your day at EcoG
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Teamkultur und des Teamgeistes, interne Teamevents, Social Space
  • Verantwortung für den Büro-/Laborstandort (Ideen einbringen, aktiv gestalten, etc)
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für das Unternehmen und Entgegennahme von Telefonanrufen
  • Zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner für das Team in organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
  • Planung und Organisation von Meetings und Events
  • Reisebuchungen, Visa Beantragungen
  • Kalenderverwaltung
  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding ausländischer Mitarbeiter
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Bearbeitung der Post und Ablage
