About the Role

We are a forward-thinking Munich based scale-up specializing in EV charging solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager (m/f/d) to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a strong background in electronics, ISO9001 standards, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience with at least one fast-growing technology company
Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role with a strong background in electronics, software and ISO9001 standards
Demonstrated success in implementing quality assurance programmes and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in methodological tools such as in 8D, FMEA, APQP/PEP
Excellent intercultural and communication skills
Hands-on mentality to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment
Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, quality management or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

Your day at EcoG

Support implementation of ISO9001 quality assurance system
Prepare and attend external audits with customers or at suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Implement robust supplier quality assurance processes to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions
Handle customer claims and complaints regarding product quality, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Work closely with engineering teams to address customer concerns and maintain positive relationships
Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet specified standards and customer requirements
