Wir suchen einen proaktiven, freundlichen und detailorientierten Buchhalter (m/ w/ d), der über Kenntnisse der deutschen Finanz- und Rechnungslegungsvorschriften verfügt. Als wichtiges Mitglied unseres Finanzteams spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung einer korrekten Finanzberichterstattung und der Einhaltung lokaler Rechnungslegungsstandards.

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Steuern oder Rechnungswesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung absolviert
Du besitzt sichere Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzierungskenntnisse und bist mit den gängigen Buchhaltungs-, Finanz- und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise DATEV, Weclapp) vertraut
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und kannst in beiden Sprachen effektiv kommunizieren
Eigenständigkeit, ein Auge fürs Detail, eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken

Dein Tag bei EcoG

Du kümmerst dich um eine korrekte Buchhaltung, kontierst Geschäftstransaktionen und pflegst die Stammdaten
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung
Du übernimmst die Fakturierung, das Mahnwesen und Bankkontenabstimmungen und bereitest termingerechte Zahlläufe vor
Du prüfst und kontierst Reisekosten und Kreditkartenausgaben und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Richtlinien
Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte Erstellung von Außenwirtschaftsmeldungen
Überwachung des Inventars und Unterstützung einer richtlinienkonformen Anlagenbuchhaltung
Du unterstützt uns bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Strukturen im Hinblick auf aktuelle finanz-, steuer- und rechnungslegungsrelevanten Vorschriften und deren Einhaltung
Du arbeitest proaktiv mit unseren Lieferanten und Kunden zusammen, um eine reibungslose Zahlungsabwicklung zu gewährleisten
Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Interessengruppen in allen Fragen rund um das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, friendly and detail-oriented Accountant (m/f/d) who has knowledge of German finance and accounting regulations. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local accounting standards.

About You

Three years of experience in an accounting role
You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance, tax or accounting
Use knowledge of ERP systems (ideally DATEV, Weclapp)
You have a good knowledge of German and English and can communicate effectively in both languages
You have an eye for detail, work carefully and enjoy working with numbers to ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance
Your strengths include independence and the ability to work in a team

Your day at EcoG

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, allocating transactions to accounts and maintaining master data
You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You take care of invoicing, dunning and bank account reconciliations and prepare payment runs on time
You check and account for travel expenses and credit card expenditures and assist in the development of guidelines
You are responsible for the timely preparation of foreign trade declarations
Monitor inventory and support policy-compliant fixed asset accounting
You support us in the continuous development of our processes and structures within the administration and finance department
Actively Participate in the design and development of internal controls to streamline operations and facilitate collaboration with other departments
Competent contact person for internal and external interest groups in all finance and accounting-related inquiries
